You may gather and store critical, informative, or entertaining stuff from your Instagram stories using the Highlights function. Highlights, unlike ordinary Instagram stories, are kept to specific categories on your Instagram profile and remain there until you delete them.

Consider highlights as containers for your Instagram stories with related themes. You can opt to highlight material by storing it in one of these containers once you've added it to your tale.

You can use up to 15 characters in the name of your highlight, but if you want viewers to be able to read the entire name on your profile, you'll need to make it a little shorter.

Instagram sets the cover image to the first image you upload to the story by default. You do, however, have the option of replacing it, which is a great way to incorporate your branding.
