Legiit Online Marketplace, Inc., a South Carolina corporation (hereinafter known as "Provider," "Legiit," "us," or "we") currently owns and operates the mobile application known as Legiit Freelance Marketplace (the “Application”) and the website known as www.legiit.com (the "Site"). The Application and the Site shall be collectively referred to as the “Service”.

We use that information to enhance user experience, personalize your browsing experience as well as monitor the Service for preventing fraud and inappropriate content or behavior. Additionally, in order to improve your online experience at Legiit, we have implemented impression reporting. While you view our ads, we may gather user Global Unique Identifier, HTTP request data such as, user agent, IP, host, url, country/continent from which request made, browser info, and device/operating system/operating system version.
Once you register, your username and most recent login time is made public and is visible to all Users of the Service. Additional information that is made public and is visible to all Users of the Services includes photos you upload, your published portfolio, ratings, and other optional information you may choose to add to your profile, such as your geographic location.
We may use your personal information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
